1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ClipFlow AI ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. ClipFlow AI is operated by EBM Apps (michaellu8@gmail.com).

2. Description of Service

ClipFlow AI is a content publishing workflow application that allows users to prepare and publish short-form video content to TikTok using TikTok's official APIs. The app is currently in internal testing and is not publicly distributed on an app store.

3. TikTok Account & Authorization

To use ClipFlow AI, you must connect your TikTok account via TikTok Login Kit. By doing so, you authorize ClipFlow AI to:

• Read your basic TikTok profile information (username, display name)
• Submit video content to your TikTok account on your behalf, but only after you explicitly review and approve each publishing action

You are responsible for any content you approve for publishing through the app. ClipFlow AI does not review, moderate, or take responsibility for user-submitted content.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not publish content that violates copyright, contains hate speech, or otherwise violates TikTok's policies
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or abuse the TikTok API integrations provided by the app
• Maintain the security of your TikTok credentials and tokens

5. No Automatic Posting

ClipFlow AI does not automatically post content to TikTok without your review and explicit approval. Each publishing action requires a deliberate user confirmation within the app.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to video content you create and publish through the app. ClipFlow AI does not claim ownership of your content. The ClipFlow AI application itself, including its design and code, is owned by EBM Apps.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClipFlow AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app or TikTok API services. TikTok API availability is outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

EBM Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ClipFlow AI, including but not limited to content published to TikTok through the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. You can revoke the app's TikTok access at any time through your TikTok account settings. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or restrict access at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. The "Last updated" date reflects any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
